What designs can I choose from with aluminium gates and fencing?
Knotwood Aluminium slats are available in 3 different widths, 38mm, 65mm and 100mm. You can design your gates, fences or fixed panels with 1, 2 or all 3 of the different widths. You can also choose between horizontal, vertical or diagonal layout.

Yes, Knotwood is made in Queensland. We help your custom design your job and order it directly with Knotwood. We then come to your house and install the job for you.
What’s the longest single piece length of Knotwood available?
Knotwood lengths maximum is 6 metres.
Can I choose 2 colours for my fence?
The colour range is very extensive, with 20 timber lookalike finishes and a huge range of colourbond, powdercoated colours to choose from. Yes, you can choose different colour slats to framework. Timber colour finish fencing with black framework to the back looks stunning. The finish on the Knotwood range is achieved through an advanced powdercoating and sublimation technology process.
How long do they last for?
The Knotwood products have a 15 year warranty and are made in Australia.

What happens if my Knotwood fence or gates get vandalised?
As far as graffiti goes, they have an anti-graffiti finish applied allowing them to be easily cleaned with a mild detergent.
If your Knotwood panels get damaged, they can usually be replaced without too much of a problem. The warranty does not cover deliberate damage, but we will be happy to work with you on a solution.
